Community Connections Team


Community Connections Team is focused on keeping patients well beyond the medical office. University students and community volunteers connect patients to community resources according  to their needs. Community Connections Team is a service of  Marshfield Clinic, Family Health Center Inc., and UW-Eau Claire.


Currently, there are volunteer opportunities in:

          Chippewa Falls

          Eau Claire


         Stevens Point


Volunteers must commit to a full service term (2 semesters or 9 months) and a minimum of one 3-4 hour shift per week. Applicants may apply at any time and designate the service terms they are applying to on the application.  Service terms are:

          Summer-Fall Semesters (May-December)

          Fall-Spring Semesters (September-May)

          Spring-Summer Semesters (January-August)
